Responsibilities

This position is responsible for duties associated with supporting theLife is Why™ Consumer campaign organizational fundraising efforts. The Coordinator will oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the overall campaign, including detailed campaign management, timeline execution, innovative thinking and will have a passion for ensuring positive and mutually rewarding relations. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration, including project assignments, assisting with scheduling calls and meetings, and responsible for maintaining professionalism and collegiality in support of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Working with others, manage and grow top consumer campaigns

  • Focus on building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare and manage campaign projections and revenue in collaboration with campaign lead and team members

  • Manage cross functional marketing projects and keep team on task and on deadline to achieve goals

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, as well as department projects as needed

  • Coordinate meetings and projects both virtually and in person to advance project goals and objectives, as needed

  • Provide formal feedback to leadership on opportunities and challenges

  • Provide analytics and optimization recommendations for relevant projects

  • Work together with Life is Why™ team to ensure success and growth of the campaign

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing is preferred

  • Two to four years (2-4) years of successful sales experience, particularly in selling intangible programs and services, along with the ability to manage timelines and development of account management strategies

  • Two (2) years of experience in campaign support

  • Two (2) years of experience in project coordination

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare written and presentation communications

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

  • Experience in non-profit fundraising execution

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
